Heating Instructions
Frozen Meals
1. Take your choice of meal out of the freezer, place them in the fridge overnight to thaw.
2. Peel back plastic film completely.
3. Reheat in microwave 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Stir and reheat another 3 to 4 minutes if needed.
Chilled Meals
1. Peel back film completely.
2. Reheat 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Stir and reheat further if required.
Storage Instructions
Store in the freezer at minus 18°C until the expiry date or 5 days in the fridge at 1 to 4°C.
Thawed meat can be kept chilled in the fridge for up to 5 days. Do not refreeze thawed meat.
